5 Best Hotel Pools Open To The Public In Cape Town

Belmond Mount Nelson pool and Oasis bistro

The Belmond Mount Nelson has recently announced their Summer special which gives all of us the opportunity to make use of their gorgeous pool even if we aren’t staying over.

Visiting this iconic pink hotel is always a treat.  I can’t think of a better way to spend the afternoon than lounging next to the heated pool with a glass of bubbles or two!

From now until the end of February, Monday to Saturday, you can enjoy a two-course lunch at Oasis Bistro from their à la carte menu for just R395 per person. This special includes full use of the pool and surrounding gardens for a glorious morning or afternoon.

Did I mention they also have pink and white striped towels? Basically instagram heaven 😛

This special excludes the following dates – 16 December 2018 and 16 January 2019.

76 Orange Street, Gardens, Cape Town

The Cape Milner Boutique Hotel

Tucked away in the trendy Tamboerskloof area you will find the Cape Milner. Enjoy a relaxing day at their pool deck with Table Mountain as your backdrop.

Sandy B private beach club at The Bay Hotel

I have been a member at the Sandy B private beach club at The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay for the last two Summer’s. It is really convenient for me living in Camps Bay but it’s also great if you are heading to the beach and want to chill by the pool for a bit as well. It has a great atmosphere and as its right across the road from Camps Bay beach you can see everything that is happening on the strip whille chilling on a floaty in the pool ( they have floaties! )

The view from the pool is great and their mojitos are to die for ( mojito expert over here 😛 )

They have a bunch of different membership options ranging from daily, weekly, monthly and even seasonal so go check it out on their website to see what works for you.

The Glen Boutique Hotel pool

The Glen Boutique Hotel in Sea point offers you a bit more than just relaxing by the pool. Included in their visitor packages is high speed wifi as well as the use of their spa facilities and jacuzzi. Perfect for those working away from the office type of days right?

They have a day rate as well as a annual membership with all the info on their website.
