Getting Summer Ready With Sommer Swim and Kahve Skin

Its the time of the year when less is more and we are packing our sweaters away in favour of beachwear. It’s not always easy to make the transition from being in a onesie to parading around in a itsy bitsy bikini but with a few tricks you can definitely get your skin Summer ready!

Sommer Swim

Sommer Swim is an international swimwear brand that has just made waves launching an online store in South Africa. I absolutely love the minimalist style and the great quality fabric they use. Their bikini’s are super flattering and very chic and they really give your body and your skin time to shine.

If you go on their site you will see that you can actually buy all the tops and bottoms in different styles which is so great. Every top and bottom is available in all the colours so you can choose which styles suit you the most. I for one am in love with their Selita top and Hosk bottom, which I got in an off white colour. Its so flattering and the white material is nice and thick and not see through at all which is a problem I have had with so many of my white bikinis!

Kahve Skin

To get my skin looking glowing I used Kahve skin body scrub. My absolute favourite was the Coconut and Matcha one, which I basically wanted to eat as I was exfoliating my body. Their scrubs are manufactures in South Africa with Eco friendly ingredients and practices. The ingredients not only make your skin smoother and softer but also gives you an added glow with the added benefits of antioxidants.

The scrub is really fine and you only need a little bit to be able to use it all over your body. I use mine about once or twice a week for the best results and especially before I use self tan products to give them a nice even skin with no dead skin cells.
